Hiring from within, movement of talent across departments, and fairer pay to reflect talent retention
I appreciate the leadership team's strategic vision, and dedication to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
No room fr promotion, down to the ELT leaders and not the people who do the work - Senior leaders are frustrated by this too
The strong sense of teamwork and collaboration among colleagues. The supportive and inclusive atmosphere fosters creativity, innovation, and a shared commitment to achieving our goals together.
There’s a strong sense of shared ownership, and people are genuinely willing to help each other out, whether that’s offering feedback, sharing knowledge, or stepping in wh

My compensation has remained unchanged despite increased living costs and inflation in the UK over the past few years. I remain committed to my work and the value I bring to the team, but the gap between pay and current market conditions is noticeable.
Investing in development courses for 5 years and excelling in a demanding role for a decade, I aimed to transition departments for career growth. Yearly budget constraints prevent this, leaving me used and undervalued. I must explore new job opportunities as this unworkable and unfair.
