What are some of the best things about your team?

Intelligent, hardworking, open minded, friendly, thoughtful, empathetic, supportive, teamwork

What makes you most happy at work?

My team and colleagues, the science, interacting with the community

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They truly believe in positive change and at the individual manager-level, they are good people and focused in supporting and empowering others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The impact on science/society, focus on diversity, CEO with new ideas and culture, excellent manager, flexibility (not always true - sometimes HR creates roadblocks for valued/senior employees)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaries are stagnant. FTEs open up based on sudden 'business needs' but the promotion and growth of existing employees are stifled and pruned to the extent that managers have to make impossible decisions. The visibility/impact of CP/Elsevier is tied to my work and efforts. Pay & promote accordingly
