I love working for Elsevier, I have had two career breaks due to raising children and each time came back to Elsevier by choice. I hope to be able to stay at Elsevier until my retirement.

Everyone is willing to help and support each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other colleagues in the same position than me, but with less experience are paid more. Not in my team, but the same role in other teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The excellent communication, they are down to earth and clearly care about people as well as profits. The kind of leader I would aspire to be myself.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to work in a way that helps me to achieve a work/life balance, along with being a parent. I feel that I am trusted to do a good job, and am not micro-managed.
