Its a great place to work, colleagues are motivated and intelligent. For a large organization Elsevier doesn't have a cold corporate feel - for the most part colleagues are friendly and open to collaboration.

Transparency and communication with the business is good. They drive a culture of trusting employees and treating them like adults
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I enjoy work but i wouldn't say I am 'excited' to go every day. This is largely due to long term working from home during the pandemic rather than the work/ company/ culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is geographically, culturally, racially more diverse than any other I have worked in. This is a great aspect of working at Elsevier. People bring different ideas and perspectives and it is interesting to meet colleagues from different backgrounds.
