Having joined during pandemic period. The onboarding wasn't that good & had to run from pillar to post to get things sorted. It is taking a lot of time to get used to the policies and procedures. Over all experience so far is neutral.

Commitment towards the well being and health of the employees.

Getting to learn, getting better at what i am supposed to do, being appreciated & being rewarded aptly for the work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work pressure and responsibilities vs compensation ratio is bad. I believe i deserve better pay for the set of responsibilities entrusted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to share feedbacks anonymously & the possibility that one can reach out to anyone irrespective of designation in the system for support.
