Working for Elsevier has been an amazing ride. It is a perfect blend of activities that keep me on my toes, but allow me to feel centered. The people and products are very good. The customers are fun and engaging. The paperwork is there, but not too overwhelming. There is support for me .

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It seems to be a little less competitive than competitors as I have been offered more to leave. However, the benefits are good, the leadership wants to see everyone successful, and the overall amazing team of people I work with weigh more heavily than pure compensation
