The continuity is the best part of it. I love and appreciate the bonus and other smaller incentives that's being provided through the year.

The sense that this space is owned by me makes me happy. The opportunity to dive in to the ocean of knowledge every day and connecting to colleagues far and apart makes me happy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Elsevier is a truly Global company, and we are mostly interacting with colleagues based in different time zones having somewhat different lifestyle than us. But we remain united under Brand Elsevier - with its awesome content, and fabulous infrastructure that keeps connected with each other 24x7.
