My team is small and even though we are not co-located, we find ways to connect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Elsevier has a learning culture. Everyone is willing to help others or pair on a difficult problem. Mentor/mentee relationships are everywhere whether officially paired or organically formed.
