The diversity, the understanding and the care that each one of us has for each other.

Being able to collaborate with teammates and managers to find a solution to somewhat complex issues
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the diversity and the fact that everyone embraces that diversity. The flexibility and the fact that people are willing to share their knowledge with others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It used to be my vacation time, now I'm not sure honestly since vacation time was changed last year. I still think that the vacation time is great but believe that it shouldn't have been changed.
