I started with Elsevier as a contractor a few weeks before shutdown. I believe pivoting to work at home has been difficult but Elsevier has done a great job at helping us with our new normal.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am extremely motivated by the diversity of our leadership team!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have some amazing coworkers and some people on my team who are negative and do not understand collaboration.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not sure what my equals are being compensated - I would love to be paid more so I do not have to work another side job.
