This is my second spell at the company - I came back because I respected it, and liked the people. Overall, I'm treated fairly, and with respect. Never belittled, or made to feel bad about myself (which came up regularly at other companies)

Competitive salary (possibly industry leading), good holiday allowance

No micro-management. Everyone is trusted and treated like a grown up

Big, industry leading company, so everyone here has a history of success
What makes you most happy at work?
Trusted to do my job. Given projects to deliver, and freedom to get on with it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the few companies I have worked at that know they aren't perfect (no companies are), but constantly work hard to improve. Other companies, it's "look how great we are, there is no need to change" etc etc - a lot of arrogance at previous employers senior management level
