The work we do at Elsevier is meaningful, but the best thing about this company is that you can rely on your team and manager when times are difficult. Although this is the way it should be, it is rare elsewhere.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits are not the same for all the Elsevier offices. The pay bands at each level should be open for full transparency of pay.
