Seeing a colleague have success with a customer or project because I know the outcome is to advance science and understanding.

Listen and understand what is important to both employees and customers. Adopting a more humble approach to rapidly evolving industry and economic conditions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Array of benefits to cover all aspects of work/life balance. This year I discovered and used more benefits for my college-bound kids, wellness perks, and involved my husband in the Wellness program.
