The leadership team at Elsevier is transparent and open to feedback and questions from employees at all levels. In addition to be excellent at her job, Kumsal, our CEO, is kind, warm, and relatable.
I believe the salary range in my role is wide and I am not sure how it is determined. Some people may have started at higher salaries when budgets weren't as tight. There needs to be transparency about the salary range in my role and other roles so employees can know if they're being paid fairly.
