The challenge and knowing that my job contributes directly to our revenue. This motivates me to do my very best at what I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness, everyone is accepted for who they are and what they bring to the company no matter where you are from and what your background is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they care for me as a person, not just a number as an employee. They realize that we have a family and give us the flexibility to balance work and home.
