continuous feed back, training sessions, open minded people around and Having a team lead who is always there to help whenever there is a issue (Stuart white)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
personally I dont care about how all the benefits ad into it, we care about what we take home every month to feed our families, its not enough. I would say salary is not competitive and should match with the market standards and also we should consider the cost of living in the respective city.
