I have been with Elsevier for five years, after spending 6-7 each at McGraw-Hill, Cengage, and Sage Publishing. While the health insurance here is the most expensive, the culture, quality of colleagues, and scope of impact in the world is the greatest.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The US insurance plans are very expensive and that's an issue, but the coverage is ok if you pay for it. It RELX could privatize insurance so it's less of a burden on our paychecks that would be amazing.
