A wide variety of tasks and deliverables.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are willing to share their knowledge most of the time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is friendly and willing to assist me in navigating a sometimes labyrinthine employee tree.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The Flexwork and 4 weeks of remote work are the ultimate perks for working at ELS.

What makes you most happy at work?

I value my team in REPH, who are very very very hard workers and who are equally invested in customers getting what they need.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is very friendly. I wish there was more age diversity in the Amsterdam office, 90% of my AMS-based team is over 50. I love their life experience, but I feel very young sometimes.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they stood up for Black Lives Matter, but I am disappointed that Lexis Nexis continues to contract with ICE, and I wish to hear Kumsal and the leadership team address this directly asap.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like Kumsal's humanity and I think she does a good job of acknowledging (most) realities such as George Floyd's murder. As a mixed race woman, I am still very upset that Simon Helliwell is the head of D&I, I think he is not qualified to lead Elsevier's diversity initiatives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think that the percentage of an annual salary increase is too low when a person meets all KPIs and also has evidence of above and beyond performance. The Dutch office does have some great perks related to vacation, PKB, and 13th month, but I only acquired these after moving from California.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am about to start a Dutch contract and it will be wonderful to be part of a union. If I was staying on my US contract, I would be much less satisfied with my compensation package, where I only received a one and a half thousand dollar annual increase in pay despite receiving a top performance rate
