Being able to work from home and being able to go to another area to work is a good thing.

I enjoy it the most when I feel a sense of accomplishment by solving difficult tasks and when my co-workers recognize my abilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It was deducted from my salary offered when HR team first hired me. It would be good to present an accurate salary from the beginning. The current HR team's system seems to be weak. I think a more sophisticated upgrade is needed.
