Overwhelming comes to mind, it's a large company and often information comes at you from different areas and it's hard to decide which is relevant and which is not. However, I do feel secure in my job and proud of the company
im not sure to be honest
everyone is supportive and patient
solving a problem with knowledge I have picked up
bonus' are great, never had them at my previous employment
there is a large emphasis on mental health and wellbeing
Everyone is happy to lend you a helping hand when you need it
communicating, but communicating clearly. I couldn't tell you who the leadership team are, what they do but most importantly how they influence me in my day to day role
There needs to be some fix for working at home and interacting with your team. As a new recruit, zoom meetings are not enough to establish good close relationships with your colleagues
It has been difficult to adopt into a new company while working from home. I think building relationships with your colleagues is fundamental and that is either missing or takes longer when your not in the office
I don't really know anything about the leadership team. The Yes or No answers in regards to them are pretty limited. "Do they help you?" Well how can I put yes or no if I dont know them?
