Being selected work here is an honor, but once you get in to know that there is no upward movement as far as pay, position, or flexibility was really disheartening. Hope that changes.

Consider promoting staff without degrees, they have just as much knowledge and experience as those that went to school over 30,40 years ago. It is elitist to not allow that.

I would say that every compensation it's a plus but one of my favorites it's about the mobility compensation. And I am referring to the monthly public transport subscription and to the gym club subscription. That means the health of the employees it's important to the employer.

Taking into account the position and the requirement of driving into work 5 days a week. Those that are paid more have a savings withs a hybrid schedule, compensating for the drive those that drive would alleviate that stress and time.
