I'm very concerned about the lay offs. Last year that was it for RIF and then 3 product managers and then a slew of director level staff, with no warning. I feel vulnerable due to lack of clarity about when we as a company are finally "agile" or "lean" enough where further RIF is off the table.

I feel the cost of living has not been taken into account. We are always told that the cost of living in the US is higher so they are paid considerably more, but when researched that does not ring true. Anyone outside of the US will find it harder to gain promotions or be considered for positions.

Find a way to keep employees. Turnover is extremely high, probably because this job is too difficult. There are too many products and the expectation that we can solve any customer issue, even if it's not related to our products.
