Insecure and incompetent mgmt. The innovative and smart employees leave or conveniently get laid off while the lazy fly under the radar employees insulate their incompetent vps, managers and fake directors. Qualified leadership who values exceptional talent and compensate accordingly is a win-win

A lot. Leadership, managers and directors need to stop bringing in their unqualified friends and family. Invest in fresh outside talent that can take the company places instead of keeping the same nonthreatening complacent and unqualified talent that adds no value and who gets paid to do nothing.

Incompetent and insecure mgmt. They talk a good game, but unable to back it up because they are too insecure to employ innovative talent to take Experian to the next level. They insulate themselves with less threatening talent and get rid of the best talent. That's how Cali does it.
