Very low drama overall. Nearly everyone I have been in contact with at the company is responsive and respectful.

They are very open with what they company is doing and where we are going. They are also committed to diversity and inclusion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The DTO policy has its downsides but it is very flexible and nice to not have to worry about how much vacation time I have banked.
