I really enjoy working here, but the growing pains here are no joke. We really need to up our accountability game internally.

We work more closely than any other team I have encountered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The FAN groups are amazing. Our employees are taking this to heart. In many other companies diversity initiatives are shallow pandering, but here we are actively engaged making sure we are all taking care of each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not sure my pay reflects how much work is done for 3rd parties that we engage with - the sales for those parties don't hit the ledgers for Fanatic Brands, the org on which my bonus is calculated.
