What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a relatively small group, and are always willing to help one another. There seems to be a camaraderie among us that doesn't exist in other departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I am paid decently, I do not feel it is representative of what I do, and how well I do it. This has been backed up by management commenting in the past during raise time that they wish they could offer more and that I deserve more.
