5 years are feeling like longer. I am the last original member of the team. Seen many people and great colleagues come and go. Projects not handled correctly. No visibility of new projects and dependencies. Doesnt feel like teamwork with other teams.

We all work together to get things done, inspite of the lack of visibility in the company of what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After almost 5 years in the company, seeing great talent leave for better employment offers. The perks that attracted me to Fanatics are no longer strong points.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no clear strategy with the new acquisitions. This is especially evident in the organization structure, or lack of it. Decisions being made without clarity on tech responsibilities.
