Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I remember a time when I was excited to go to work and could not wait to see what the day had in store. Now I try to finish my tasks and countdown the minutes to going home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The physical work enviroment is good.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing my work assignments thoroughly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practice what they preach. Stop the double standards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management simply does not follow through.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Consistency from our manager would help the team be accountable and cohesive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Self sufficient because the hve too. Lack of communication from manager.

Great company and good intentions. Simply not carried out by management. Al the Develop-U courses apparently mean nothing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I use to be excited about coming to work. The environment has negatively changed and I no longer have anything that makes me happy when at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have put in a lot of work creating some of the procedures my department now uses and trains new athletes on. Not once in my 3+ years here has anyone said thankyou for your initiative and what you have done for the team.
