The ability to pull together and trust shown between my team. there is no blame-game at Fanatics, if something goes wrong, we work on how we can stop it in future as a team.

positive outlook on Fanatics future. We are embracing urban culture, sport and diversity with vigour. we are not holding back. no one feels they cannot express themselves authentically. Regardless of faith, skin colour, sexuality or life choices they are not an issues in Fanatics.
