The leadership is with their teams through every step. It's a team effort and that breaks down the old "us and them" mentality you see in many other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most excited when I deliver on time and get to see my work on television or someone wearing it on the street. I get so excited and have to tell the person I'm with "I did that!".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are growing so big but the culture continues to grow in a positive direction. One Fanatics is what we believe and stand by. From the "smallest" job to executive leadership, we maintain that everyone should be involved and informed about what we do and how we affect our customers and market.
