I think it's our willingness to try to understand and get better. I feel like we care about our employees more than other companies I've worked for and it makes a big difference when you're able to be yourself around your coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but I feel underutilized is some ways. I feel like with rising cost of living and as companies raise their wages for their entry level employees, I feel as if sometimes I am overlooked since I never complain.
