Great team work and co ordination
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More flexibility wrt working hours. Probably a 4 day work week. More benefits and hikes and interactive programs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raising bar for hikes and increasing benefits in India zone. Easy promotions. Getting promoted shouldn't depend on one spending 20 hrs a day on work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Salaries for India team. No additional thing they do to retain employee even if he's utterly disappointed and leaves at the end, If one is getting 150% outside, cant we manage to give 30-40% here and retain him ?
