leaders will take your health and family in higher regard than selling a tshirt or hat
What makes you most happy at work?
Our atmosphere is that of like when distance cousins get together, a family feel with a laid back atmosphere, while still getting the work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance costs are too high for medical salary wage gets averaged out with extra hours put in during busiest season to less than half of what my hour rate is now
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brad and Gina support our team without question....I know that as long as I am building a good team and making sales revenue increase where I can, I will continue to see growth within the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
many people are happy to help cover for others when needed and ask questions when they need help. They don't need to be micromanaged at any point so it allows management to work towards improving the business
