The yearly bonus and the exponential bonus growth as you progress through positions (manager, senior manager)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how we can connect on a personal level, despite my team being in 4 timezones, from Cali to Chicago to NY to Florida to Manchester!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and inclusion. As well as DTO. We all seem to work hard and take time off where it's due. And everyone tends to encourage eachother to take a break.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company wide INCLUSION! Not only is Diversity & Inclusion a huge part of our culture, somehow Fanatics makes me feel like I am an important part of the team. Fanatics still manages to act "small" when it comes to our company culture, despite our massive growth around the world.
