They are very nice people

Be consistent with the policies with everyone and start getting the execution and agility part done. There is more talking then doing?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The every day people at the bottom make this place go, start compensating them for it. Stop making the outside look good, take care of the foundation or it will crumble one day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They have the talking part down but the actual doing needs serious change. Stop giving political feel good answers about how it should be and start giving solutions to fix the issues,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Medical premiums are the highest of any company I have ever worked at. Pay scale is also very low. Mgt's response is we are paying the average for this industry. 1. I disagree, pay scales are lower. If you want to be a leader, you must lead by exexample in all areas, not average. Avg means just th
