Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over the past 18 months, there has been a promise from the executive team for a new equity program, including a roll out in "early 2022." However, we sit here and have had no communication on it. Additionally, peers within my department do not have any accountability, but are at similar levels.
