We are put into impossible working conditions for terrible pay and always get through the insurmountable work load as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fair compensation and livable wage in Tampa Bay area, fully remote work for teams applicable, hire more staff so we don't lose anymore staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Disney in Orlando, FL has comp for artists (not senior or managers) starting at 80k. I have been with the company for 6 years, moved into leadership roles, never been anywhere close to that comp and with the latest benefits enrollment, I can't barely afford the base level insurance for my family.
