The market compensation for the same role is higher than what I am being paid. With the same effort I would rather want to work where I am fairly compensated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The kind of Projects that were given to me were not apt to what i deserved in my previous team. I would feel better if I am fairly compensated according to the market.
