over all my time at fanatics has been good, just lack feed back and growth within the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
my coworker seems to just have a poor mindset/ outlook of her job, like everyone is out to get her. when in reality she isnt a good worker and doesnt take time to listen and learn. she thinks she knows everything already...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I often just feel like a person pushing paper and not like i make a real difference or matter on my team. when i first started at fanatics i was told there would be alot of growth opportunities and while ive been told about them the time line seems to keep getting pushed back and i havent see it yet
