
I definitely am not being micro-managed and am able to make my own decisions to some extent
There wasn't really an effort really to know what to help each other with, and the culture is more on the individual contributor side.
I would like a more clear feedback on why or why not I am up for title promotions and pay raises. While job searching, it is not difficult to be considered for roles that pay 50k + my current salary
I don't have a good strategy of getting unstuck with problems, getting extra work, and becoming more involved in the initiatives my team is a part of. Definitely part of that is on me, but it is also a learned behavior from my manager and team not taking into consideration problems I bring up
