I've been trained and have met great people in a short time. Just have a struggle with my new lead compared to my old lead which I felt helped my progress as opposed to stunting it. I have one co-worker I dread to work with(like many others) because he doesn't communicate in a respectful manner

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and most people are super friendly and want to help.Just find everyone has a way they think is best and it's confusing when you're just learning the basics.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most co-workers are great.There are a few that make the job uncomfortable and not fun.Gotta learn how to talk and communicate in a respectful manner.This is "leads" rather then equal co-workers.
