In the 9 months I've been with the company I've had the opportunity to learn new skills, improve on existing skills worked with different teams offering me perspective. I have had a positive experience day in/out. I enjoy coming to work, I enjoy working with my colleagues, & have a fantastic boss.

Collaborating with my colleagues on different projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency. If an employee has questions about a policy, decision, change made, they will receive an answer and explanation. Leadership is open to feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel supported by my leadership team. I can reach out with questions / concerns and they are addressed in a timely manner. My needs have always been met within reason.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to collaborate, share the workload, effectively communicate. I get to work with an amazing group of individuals from different walks of life & experiences, who are warm, funny, smart, inviting with infectious high energy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I know my work is valued, I know I am valued as a member of the team. Unfortunately, I do not believe my compensation reflects the work I do nor is it keeping in line with current inflation. I wholeheartedly believe I will receive an increase once my review has been done.
