Everyone likes to collaborate. Also, no one is competing for someone elses job so there is great trust and all working to not only advance their own our work but the entire teams.
that we build an inclusive culture across ALL companies and levels of the company. Additionally, there should be more opportunities for employees in a city to connect. For example in Jax there should be opportunities for people from NW, CP, CW, and FW to meet. Same in Tampa.
