They are friendly on the surface, but expectations were not communicated up front.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper level leadership communication is close to toxic and not sustainable. Two-way communication over interrogation would be an improvement. Leadership can be perceived as setting the stage for failure rather than addressing the root cause of an issue and working to improve it. Basic leadership.
