My department is great. We are young company with growth pains. Not all areas are sufficiently staffed, but I knew that coming in. With the current economic climate decisions are being made that will benefit both the company and employees. We are going to blossom into greatness.

In my role, I appreciate when individuals outside of my department reciprocate an communicate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team are well selected individuals who are kind, hardworking, and fun individuals. We support each other and our manager fosters a fun environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fairly paid, but hopefully future raises take inflation into account. I think waiting a year for 401k match does not match other companies 5% 401K match is lower than others. Dental health is lower than others.
