I want to love this company but: - the perks/culture are not inclusive, and are only for select teams/offices. - My manager lacks serious communications skills and inability to lead. - I could do this job elsewhere remote for potentially more money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From my seat: nothing. Because my team is put in a building that does not receive the same perks, amenities or culture experiences that buildings like say - nations way or san mateo receive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
True inclusivity. We see other offices/buildings with flashier amenities and perks. These perks are toted as company-wide but are not in fact company wide. Also - Office should optional. 1x a week or every other week. "I shouldn't have to look at you in person for you to get your work done"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fanatics says they have an amazing culture, but that is only if you work in a certain locations and part of certain departments do you get those perks Inflation is 8.58%, gas is at an all time high. My worry about affording to live is an all time high. What will fanatics do to take care of employees
