My experience has not lived up to what I thought it would be when I joined 2+ years ago. The culture is negative and leadership is backbiting

Being respected and trusted. Leaders should be transparent and above board
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, collaborative, and talented....the team wants to work together but we need leadership
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead.....I don't see any leadership just leaving employees to flounder and become disjointed. This lack of leadership causes more work and unhappy stakeholders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be included in meetings that are important to my development. I am left out and not included in important decisions and my boss constantly does my job and does not let me have the opportunities to grow and learn.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture is toxic and negative....give employees opportunities to grow and learn. Trust them to do their jobs and they will feel valued and rewarded. there is a lot of backbiting with leadership. My boss does not have my back. He tells me to do one thing and then goes behind my back.
