To be honest that's hard to answer. Over all not bad. Its hard in the building because the athletes don't feel appreciated. Definitely a loaded question. I like my job. I know that no job is perfect but something really need to be changed to make this place a great place to work.

Do more for the full time employees. Thank you goes a long way.

That we try to improve on what we can. It is always a work in progress.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help the athletes if there is a problem and learning something new every day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to really listen and follow through with what they say. Most of all practice what you preach.

Some of them with go out of their way to help you. Some of them want to make this place a great place to work.
