I have been at Fanatics for just over a year and it's been nothing short of fantastic. I love working with my department and learning each day. I have never had such a great boss. I am still grateful to this day to be able to work at Fanatics.

my department is very friendly and they are always willing to help out or answer any questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is very much an issue. The cost to rent/own has skyrocketed along with the price of gas & groceries. Everything around us is changing, but salaries aren't. It would be nice if Fanatics would speak up about this issue.
