Most people are super friendly and always willing to help.

I feel that they genuinely care about me and always value my input.

I find that I wish I had more flexibility with my hybrid schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've heard that Fanatics does not offer annual raises. Employees appreciate in value as they gain experience every year. Annual raises are a way for a company to acknowledge that increase in value every year.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are many who are not courteous of other people's work in the office. They are very loud and make it hard for me to do my work and even join meetings from my desk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together really well and are always willing to help one another. I also feel very valued by them. Everyone seems happy to be at work and loves their jobs, so it makes our team culture really good.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our DTO policy gives me the flexibility I need. It keeps me at ease and allows me to better take care of myself because I can schedule doctor's visits and other appointments without worry. It is so important to take care of yourself.
